PERRIS, CALIFORNIA (APRIL 9, 2017) – A woman was involved int a two-vehicle crash on the northbound 215 Freeway south of 4th Street Sunday afternoon, according to police officials. (map)
The accident occurred at approximately 1:05 p.m. when two vehicles identified as a white Chevy Tahoe and a white Nissan Sentra collided. The impact caused both vehicles to be pushed to the right shoulder of the roadway and onto the dirt roadway, according to a police report.
The driver of the sedan was a pregnant woman motorist who sustained to her neck. The pregnant woman informed police officers that the collision caused her to be to be pushed out of her vehicle and onto the freeway. Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene to aid with medical treatment. No other information pertaining to the collision was immediately available. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the crash.
