“Pedestrian vs. Vehicle Hit-and-Run Accident”
PERRIS, CALIFORNIA (May 7, 2017) – A pedestrian was involved in a vehicle collision early Sunday morning near the Ramona Crossing, according to the the Perris Police Department. (map)
The initial report indicate that the incident took place at approximately 2:16 a.m. The pedestrian walk out onto Ramona Expressway and was struck by two vehicles. The drivers of the vehicle continued eastbound.
Rescue crews were called and treated the pedestrian at the scene. The pedestrian was later transported to a local trauma center for non-life threatening injuries. The identity of the victim were not released. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
