CHP Investigating Hit-and-Run Collision
PARLIER, CALIFORNIA (December 17, 2016) – The California Highway Patrol reported a hit-and-run crash that involved a motorcycle and another vehicle at South Academy Avenue and East South Avenue near Fresno. (map)
According to the CHP report, the accident occurred at about 3:41 p.m., Saturday afternoon, near South Academy Avenue and East South Avenue in Parlier.
The motorcycle rider suffered unspecified injuries in the collision.
The driver fled from the scene, leaving the bumper of the car behind. Police were able to locate the suspect vehicle about 20 miles away at 3804 East Liberty Avenue in Fresno.
This incident remains under investigation.
