OREM, UTAH (February 27, 2017) – A woman was killed after she was rear ended by a semi truck on Monday on Interstate 15, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 11:00 am, on the Center Street on-ramp to northbound Interstate 15 in Orem. A woman’s vehicle stalled, and was subsequently rear ended by a semi-truck.
The woman, identified as 37 year old Leilani White, was rushed to a local hospital, where she was tragically pronounced dead as a result of her injuries. The condition of the semi-truck driver is unknown. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
