ORANGE, CALIFORNIA (April 27, 2017) – Several vehicles were involved in a collision on the 22 Freeway on Thursday, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 12:51 pm on the westbound side of the 22 Freeway, near the connector for the 5 Freeway. A blue Nissan, a gold sedan, a big rig, and possibly another vehicle were involved in a collision for an unknown reason.
Paramedics and an ambulance responded to the scene to tend to any injuries sustained in the accident, but the condition of those involved is unknown at this time. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability.
