OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA (February 12, 2017) – 22-year-old Omar Nuno has been identified as the motorcyclist killed in an accident on Sunday evening at the intersection of 39th Avenue and International Boulevard, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 6:59 pm at the intersection of 39th Avenue and International Boulevard. Motorcyclist Omar Nuno was struck by an SUV at the intersection. The impact ejected Nuno from his motorcycle and into a parked car nearby.
Omar Nuno was tragically pronounced dead at the scene by responding emergency medical personnel. The accident remains under investigation at this time, and reportedly the driver of the car that struck Omar remained at the scene and cooperated.
