OAK PARK, CALIFORNIA (March 28, 2017) – A young child bicyclist was involved in a collision Tuesday afternoon on Doubletree Road near Medea Creek Middle School, according to the California Highway Patrol. (map)

The accident occurred at approximately 3:23 p.m. when a vehicle collided into a child while riding his bicycle,  according to the CHP report. The child cyclist sustained minor injuries and received treatment for those injuries.

No other information regarding the incident was available.
