NORWALK, CALIFORNIA (March 30, 2017) – Two vehicles were involved in an accident on Interstate 605 on Thursday afternoon, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 12:49 pm on southbound Interstate 605, near Alondra Boulevard. A gray 2004 Chevrolet Impala and a big rig were involved in a collision for an unknown reason. The impact was enough to cause the air bags to deploy in the sedan. A Dodge pickup truck was also seen at the collision site, but it is unknown if they were involved or a witness.
At least one person inside the sedan sustained injuries, and paramedics responded to the scene. The accident remains under investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
