“Pedestrian vs. Auto Accident”
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA (June 13, 2017) – 44-year-old Norma Revolorio was involved in a fatal vehicle collision on Nutwood Street north of Ball Road Tuesday afternoon according to the Orange County Coroner’s report. (map)
The accident occurred at approximately at 1:54 p.m. when a driver of a sedan, maneuvering out of an apartment complex, lost control of the vehicle and struck Revolorio while she was walking her grandchild in the stroller.
Rescue crews arrived at the scene and freed Revolorio as she was pinned beneath the vehicle. Revolorio was transported to UCI Medical Center in Orange where she later succumbed to her injuries. The injuries to the child were reported as no-life threatening. The woman motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
