“Deadly Tractor-Trailer Collision”
KRAMER JUNCTION, CALIFORNIA (July 7, 2017) – 31-year-old Nicolett Elaine Conley along with 33-year-old Mathew Thomas Woodall were involved in a multi-vehicle collision on State Route 58 approximately two miles west of Kramer Junction Friday afternoon, according to the Coroner’s Press Release. (map)
The incident happened a approximately 2:15 p.m. when the couple along with some friend were traveling on State Route 58 two miles west of Kramer Junction. A tractor-trailer failed to stop when approaching traffic and collided into the rear of both vehicles. Conley and Woodall were in the back seat of the Camry when the collision occurred, according to the press release.
Conley and Woodall were pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation is ongoing to determine if drugs and alcohol were factors in the fatal collision.
