Nickalas Saunders, 29, was struck by a southbound vehicle on Monterey Highway and Stauffer Boulevard around 12:00 am on Sunday morning. The vehicle immediately fled the scene.
Nickalas Saunders was tragically pronounced dead at a nearby hospital as a result of injuries sustained in the accident. Authorities are on the lookout for the hit and run driver, and the accident remains under investigation at this time.
