The accident occurred at approximately 8:24 p.m. The vehicles involved in the crash were a Caltrans truck, a grey Volvo, and a white Toyota. A woman was found injured and bleeding due to the collision, the woman’s injuries are unknown. The Toyota sustained major front end damage, while the white Volvo sustained rear-end damage, according to reports.
A semi-truck jackknifed and was found on the highway along with multiple vehicles spun out on the freeway, according to reports. The number of victims related to the crash were unknown and the identities of the persons involved are not available. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
