Man Dies in Crash on Highway 101 at Rengstorff Avenue On-Ramp
MOUNTAIN VIEW — A 28-year-old man has died in a sports bike crash that occurred on the southbound 101 in Mountain View yesterday, according to the CHP.
The collision occurred at 4 p.m. at the on-ramp from Rengstorff Avenue.
The 28-year-old male victim died from fatal injuries after he collided with a silver Volkswagen and was ejected off his sports bike. Details regarding the accident and how it occurred have not yet been released.
CHP authorities are still investigating the crash and have not released the name of the victim at this time.
