MORGAN HILL: Two Killed in Head on Crash on Hale Avenue and Willow Springs Road

MORGAN HILL, CALIFORNIA (January 17, 2017) –At least two people were killed in a head on collision on Hale Avenue on Tuesday afternoon, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol. (map)

The accident happened around 3:00 pm. A Volkswagen driven by a male was heading southbound in the northbound lane of Hale Avenue when it crashed head on into a woman driving a Chevy Tahoe. The Volkswagen was also allegedly speeding and driving recklessly prior to the collision.

Both drivers were killed in the collision, and were pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
