MONROVIA, CALIFORNIA (January 19, 2017) – A Lincoln sedan ended up trapped beneath a semi-truck on the 210 Freeway on Thursday afternoon, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 3:30 pm on the westbound side of the 210 Freeway, near South Myrtle Avenue. A Lincoln sedan was involved in a collision with a semi-truck, and ended up pinned beneath the large vehicle.
Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene after a report of injuries, and attended to those hurt in the accident. At least one person sustained serious injuries from the collision, and the condition of others involved is unknown. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
