MIRAMAR: 3 Injured after Car Crashes into Building on Miramar Road

MIRAMAR, CALIFORNIA (November 20, 2017) – 3 people were injured on Monday after a collision caused a car to crash into a building on Miramar Street, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 3:52 pm at 8888 Miramar Road. Three vehicles were involved in a collision on Camino Ruiz and Miramar Road, and the impact caused a van to careen through the parking lot of Tough Turtle Turf. The van then crashed into an office.

Three people from the involved vehicles were hospitalized after the accident. One woman inside the affected office was thrown across a desk, but declined medical assistance at the scene. A newly installed firepit in front of the building took the brunt of the damage after the accident. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.

“Police will gather evidence and conduct interviews with the drivers and witnesses to determine liability” said the attorneys from Lexton Law. “Any injured party involved in an accident will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident.”
