MERIDIAN, IDAHO (December 23, 2016) – An adolescent boy playing in the snow with other children was critically injured in an accident on Friday, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 4:30 pm near the Paramount subdivision. A construction worker doing a final check of the property was driving a pickup truck when he ran over a boy between 10-13 years of age that was partially buried in the snow.
The boy was rushed to a local hospital, and is in critical condition. The boy was reportedly playing in the snow along with several other children, who were not injured. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
