MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA (April 3, 2017) – A two car collision was reported on Monday evening on southbound Highway 101, north of the Marsh Road off-ramp. (map)
The crash occurred at about 4:45 p.m., when a white Honda Accord and a dark gray BMW crashed for unknown reasons. The impact of the crash sent the Honda careening to the north end of the freeway, causing major front-end damage. The BMW ended up blocking the second lane of the freeway.
Injuries were reported and emergency vehicles responded; an Uber driver may have also been injured in the crash. The accident is currently under investigation to determine the cause and liability.
