The big rig and the SUV both careened off the road and overturned.

All five people inside the Mercedes were tragically pronounced dead as a result of the accident. The driver of the big rig, identified as 58 year old Wayne Fletcher, was critically injured and remains hospitalized. The accident remains under investigation at this time.

“Sadly, there are no words that can comfort all family members and friends as they cope with such tragic loss,” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm. “Our thoughts and prayers are with all parties affected in this tragedy as they try to piece together what happened.”
