FRESNO: Train Responsible for Two Accidents Hours Apart

FRESNO, CALIFORNIA (September 4, 2017) – A train was responsible for two accidents just hours apart, one of which was reportedly fatal according to a local news source. (map)

A woman was struck by a train near Tulare Street and G Street around 11 am, resulting in injuries to the woman’s face and legs, and is in critical condition. She remains unidentified, but is believed to be homeless.

On Sunday morning, the same train was involved in another pedestrian accident, this one was sadly described as a fatal accident. The exact details of both accidents are currently unknown, but both remain under investigation.
