MADERA, CALIFORNIA (February 7, 2017) – A two car accident killed one person and injured two other people on Tuesday on Road 19 and Avenue 14, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 10:00 am on Road 19 and Avenue 14. A 2007 Ford driven by an 86 year old man failed to yield at a two way stop and crashed into a 2008 Ford.
The female passenger riding in the 2007 Ford was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the 2007 Ford, identified as 86 year old Wilbur Olsen was hospitalized, and the driver of the 2008 Ford, 61 year old Guadalupe Gonzalez, was also hospitalized. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
