The accident occurred at approximately 1:12 a.m. Two pickup trucks collided, one pickup slammed through a fence and rollover into a building. Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene to aid the victims of the crash treatment.
The driver of the overturned vehicle sustained injuries and transported to a local hospital; the severity of the injuries of both drivers were not released. It is unclear if drugs and or alcohol were factors in the collision. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the incident.
“Police will gather evidence and conduct interviews with the drivers and witnesses to determine liability” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm. “Any injured party involved in an accident will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident.”
