LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (April 1, 2017) – Several vehicles were involved in a fiery injury collision on the southbound I-110 Freeway and Pacific Coast Highway early Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. (map)
The accident occurred at approximately 12:43 a.m. At least five vehicles were involved in the collision which ignited a car fire, according to CHP officials. Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene to aid the victims of the fiery collision. Some victims of the collision were transported to local hospitals.
A Sig-Alert was issued to clear the roadway of any wreckage and debris. In the same report, another crash occurred on the I-110 Freeway. However, no information about the collision was released. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
