The Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at the scene at approximately 2:28 a.m., to find a light colored four door sedan resting near a wall with major front end damage. Four victims were involved in the collision and LAFD used extrication methods in order to free one of the victims from the wreckage, according to CHP.

Two of the victims sustained critical injuries. One victim sustained major injuries but in stable condition. The other victim sustained minor injuries. All four patients were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The driver of the sedan was arrested on suspicion of DUI. No other information regarding the accident was immediately available; an investigation by CHP is ongoing.

“It’s unfortunate that motorists under the influence disregard the negative effects that may ensue from driving under the influence.
