LOS ANGELES: Four Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown

“Multiple Pedestrians Injured”

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (January 12, 2017) – Four pedestrians were injured in an accident on Wilshire Boulevard on Thursday morning, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 6:00 am in the 3500 block of Wilshire Boulevard, in the Koreatown neighborhood. Four people were injured in what was reported to be a pedestrian accident.

Three of the four were rushed to a hospital by responding paramedics, and one of the four denied treatment at the scene. The accident remains under investigation by responding authorities.

“According to experts drivers are responsible the majority of the time for pedestrian accidents. These collisions occur when drivers are careless and fail to yield in a crosswalk or when they turn right on a red light without looking out for a pedestrian,” said a California pedestrian accident and personal injury lawyer.
