The U-Haul also struck a white van, causing it to flip over and land upside down, and a brown Kia sedan.

Letian Qui, a passenger in the U-Haul, was killed instantly in the collision. Three others were hospitalized in unknown condition at Navicent Health Medical Center. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.

“Sadly, there are no words that can comfort all family members and friends affected by this tragic accident,” said the attorneys from Lexton Law. “Our thoughts and prayers are with all those involved.”
