According to a witness, the Ford driver was tapping their brakes while the Cadillac tailgated it. This led the Cadillac to drive up alongside the Ford and threaten the driver of the Ford.
The Cadillac driver went to cut of the Ford, but instead, clipped the front end of the SUV and rolled over. At least one person was injured, no other details are available at this time. CHP is currently investigating the accident.
