LAUGHLIN, CALIFORNIA (January 1, 2017) – Two people were confirmed to have sustained injuries after a head on accident on Sunday afternoon on Highway 95, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 1:20 pm at the intersection of Highway 95 and Old Government Road in Laughlin. A silver Chevrolet Traverse and a second unidentified SUV collided head-on.
Two people inside the Traverse suffered serious injuries, including a woman who sustained head injuries, neck injuries, and a broken finger. A man in the car sustained leg injuries, according to the report. Emergency personnel responded to the scene to tend to those injured in the accident. The investigation is ongoing.
