LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA (February 7, 2017) – According to the California Highway Patrol, nine people were injured on Tuesday in a school bus accident on Lancaster Boulevard and 20th Street East. (map)
The CHP reported that a school bus was transporting eight students and two advisors to Eastside High School around 7:16 a.m. when the bus collided with a Cadillac that was traveling northbound on 20th Street East.
The CHP stated that two out of the nine people are in critical condition and were hospitalized. Several students sustained minor injuries.
