LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA (APRIL 13, 2017) – California Highway Patrol reported a big rig collision on Thursday night on Highway 138 at 300 Street. (map)
The accident occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m., between a big-rig and an SUV. According to reports, the big-rig went down an embankment after the collision and the westbound lane of the highway was blocked thereafter.
Minor injuries were reported and Los Angeles Fire officials dispatched a helicopter to the scene to assist the injured. CHP is currently investigating the accident to determine the cause and liability.
