LA PALMA, CALIFORNIA (February 4, 2017) – Two women were killed in a collision on Saturday at the intersection of La Palma Avenue and Walker Street, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 2:41 am at the intersection of Walker Street and La Palma Avenue. Two cars were involved in a collision at the intersection for unknown reasons.
81 year old Bernardina Lee and 48 Rosemarie Medallo were both passengers involved in the accident, and both were rushed to area hospitals after the accident. Bernardina Lee tragically succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead a little over an hour later, and Rosemarie Medallo sadly also succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead a short time later. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
