LA HABRA, CALIFORNIA (December 8, 2016) – According to the Los Angeles Police Department, 42-year-old Roberto Valdivia was struck and killed on Thursday by a minivan on 1000 West Imperial Highway. (map)
The LAPD reported that the minivan struck Valdivia around 6:30 p.m. The Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics pronounced Valdivia dead at the scene while the driver of the minivan and his passenger were unharmed.
The LAPD states that the driver of the minivan remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
