DEWITT, ARKANSAS (November 19, 2017) – John “Trey” Auld III was identified as one of the three members of the Pafford EMS team that was killed on Sunday night after their medical helicopter crashed, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened on Sunday evening, as three members of the Pafford EMS team were on board a Bell 407 helicopter. The team was on their way from Pine Bluff, Arkansas to the Helena Regional Medical Center in Helena. On the way, the helicopter crashed for an unknown reason.
26 year old John “Trey Auld III was tragically pronounced dead as a result of the accident. Also on board was Jim Spruiell and pilot Michael Bollen. Both were tragically killed in the accident as well. The accident remains under active investigation by the FAA and the NTSB at this time.
