“Woman and Unborn Child Killed”
RAMONA, CALIFORNIA (May 14, 2017) – Jessica Foderingham has tragically been identified as the woman killed in an accident on San Vicente Road, according to a coroner’s report. (map)
The accident happened around 6:45 pm on the eastbound side of San Vicente Road near Arena Drive. 29 year old Jessica Foderingham was traveling eastbound in a Dodge Dart when she was rear ended by an 2011 GMC Yukon SUV for an unknown reason. The impact pushed Jessica’s vehicle off the road and into a tree.
Emergency medical personnel rushed to the scene, however Jessica Foderingham tragically died en route to the hospital a short time later. Ms. Foderingham was 32 weeks pregnant at the time of the accident, and her child did not survive the accident.
The driver that struck Jessica Foderhamn’s vehicle was identified as 44 year old Andrew Milonis. Milonis fled the scene, parked his vehicle, then hired a Lyft driver to take him to a business a short distance away, where he was arrested by authorities. Milonis was reportedly driving with a suspended/revoked license. The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
