CHATSWORTH, CALIFORNIA (November 19, 2017) – Two people were killed on Sunday morning after a wrong way driver crashed head on into another vehicle, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 12:30 am on Sunday. California Highway Patrol received a report of a vehicle traveling westbound in the HOV lanes of the eastbound 118 Freeway. The vehicle subsequently crashed into another vehicle head on.
James Gubera, 30 year old from Los Angeles was identified as one of the two people that were killed in the accident. The other was Christian Glenn, a 38 year old from Simi Valley. A female passenger in one of the cars may also have sustained serious injuries. The accident remains under open investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
