A VVTA bus was reportedly traveling north on Cottonwood Avenue, when a semi-truck heading westbound on Mesa Street abruptly pulled out in front of the bus, causing an accident.
There were five passengers inside the bus at the time of the accident, and three of them sustained injuries. Nobody on the semi reported any injuries. The accident remains under open investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
