HELENA, MONTANA (February 22, 2017) – 43 year old Chester French has been identified as one of the men killed in a collision in Helena on Wednesday on Highway 12, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 10:10 pm on Highway 12 near Helena and East Helena on Wednesday evening. A pickup truck driving on the wrong side of the Highway was involved in a head on collision with another pickup truck, causing one of the trucks to burst into flames.

Both of the drivers were tragically killed in the collision. One of them has been identified as 43 year old Chester French of Helena. The investigation is ongoing to determine cause and liability.
