GRASS VALLEY, CALIFORNIA (March 30, 2017) –Three to four vehicles were involved in a hit and run collision on Golden Center Freeway on Thursday afternoon, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 1:39 pm on the southbound side of Golden Center Freeway, near McKnight Way. A gray Dodge truck, a white Oldsmobile Bravia, a red sedan, and possibly a fourth unidentified vehicle were involved in a collision for unknown reasons.
At least one person was reportedly injured in the accident, and an ambulance responded to the scene. The red sedan reportedly fled the scene immediately after the accident, but authorities were already on the hunt for the driver. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
