GRASS VALLEY, CALIFORNIA (January 21, 2017) – Lavinia Burge was killed in a tragic accident on Highway 29 on Saturday morning, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 2:00 am on the southbound side of Highway 49. Lavinia Burge, a 48 year old woman, was driving a car southbound when she suddenly collided with a tree that had fallen across the highway.
Lavinia Burge was tragically declared dead at the scene by responding medical professionals. The accident remains under investigation to determine cause and liability.
