“DUI Driver Arrested”
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA (April 8, 2016) – Two men were hit by a black pick-up truck as the were in a physical altercation outside a bar on a sidewalk early Saturday on the intersection of Raymond Avenue and Ash Street. (map)
A fight occurred between four men at a bar and moved outside after midnight. Fullerton police believe that one of the parties involved got into a vehicle and struck the other two people who were still fighting.
Both men ended up in critical condition and had to be taken to the UCI Medical Center; no names have been released at this time. The driver, 31-year-old Humberto Hernandez-Lopez, left the area, but returned an hour later and was arrested on charges of attempted murder and DUI.
