FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA (July 29, 2017) – A 25-year-old woman was involved in a single- car crash near Harbor Boulevard and Valley View Drive late Saturday evening, according to the Fullerton Police Department. (map)
The accident was reported at approximately 11:50 p.m. The initial report indicated a 2008 Nissan Altima was traveling southbound on Harbor Boulevard when, for unknown reasons, it lost control, hit the curb, and collided into two trees on the westbound side of Harbor Boulevard.
Police officials found the 25-year-old woman in a the Altima near the 1400 block of Harbor Boulevard. The woman sustained major injures and was later pronounced dead at the scene, according to Fullerton Police Sgt. Jon Radus.
The identity of the woman has not yet been released. An investigation is ongoing to determine if drugs and alcohol were factors in the deadly collision.
