FRESNO, CALIFORNIA (December 21, 2016) – A motorcyclist was struck by a car and killed on Wednesday night near South Chateau Fresno Avenue and West Jensen Avenue, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident occurred around 9:00 pm at the intersection of West Jensen Avenue and South Chateau Fresno Avenue. A motorcyclist was struck by an unidentified car at the intersection.

Paramedics responded immediately to the scene, but tragically confirmed that the motorcyclist had been killed in the collision. An investigation is being conducted to determine cause and liability in the accident.
