
“Bus and Semi-Truck Crash”
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA (December 29, 2016) – A Greyhound bus carrying at least 20 passengers and a semi truck collided on the 5 Freeway on Thursday morning, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 4:40 am on the northbound side of Interstate 5 near Milham Avenue. A Greyhound bus carrying a couple dozen passengers was involved in a collision with a semi truck for unknown reasons. The semi truck ended up flipped over on its side, and the bus landed on the embankment after the collision.
At least four people were hospitalized after the accident, and the investigation is ongoing. The Greyhound bus was reportedly on its way to San Francisco at the time of the accident.
