
“Right-of-way violation”
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA (January 8, 2017) – According to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Sydney Weakley was killed on Sunday in a collision on Herndon Avenue and West Avenue. (map)
The FCSO reported that the two-vehicle accident occurred on a Sunday night. The crash involved 21-year-old Weakley and the driver of the other vehicle was a man in his 20’s.
ThE FCSO states that Weakley was pronounced dead at the scene and the other motorist will be charged for a right-of-way violation that caused the crash.
