FREMONT, CALIFORNIA (December 5, 2017) – A pedestrian was killed in a hit and run on Tuesday evening near Warren Avenue and Bradley Street, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 5:37 pm at the intersection of Warren Avenue and Bradley Street. A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a car at the intersection, which immediately fled the area.
The pedestrian was tragically pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene. The involved vehicle was found abandoned a short time later at the Franciscan Shopping Center on Mission Boulevard and Warm Springs. The driver was also located a short time later and was detained.
