Frank Dwayne Ellington Dies in Accident at Koch Foods Plant

ASHLAND, ALABAMA (October 30, 2017) – 33 year old Frank Dwayne Ellington was confirmed to have been killed in an accident at Koch Foods Plant on Sunday, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 5:30 pm at the Koch Foods poultry plant in Ashland. Frank Dwayne Ellington was working at the plant as part of an inmate work release program when he was involved in an accident.

Frank Ellington was tragically pronounced dead as a result of the accident. Frank was in prison for life with the possibility of parole, after he pleaded guilty to third degree robbery in 2009. It was his third offense, and he had one year remaining of one of his previous sentences. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
