FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CALIFORNIA (January 21, 2017) – Two cars were involved in a collision on Saturday afternoon on the 405 Freeway near Euclid Street, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 2:25 pm at the intersection of the 405 Freeway and Euclid Street. A gray Ford Mustang was allegedly driving at speeds of almost 120 mph and weaving in and out of the HOV lane when it collided with a van.
Responding medical personnel confirmed at least one person was injured in the collision, but the extent of injuries suffered is unknown at this time. The accident remains under open investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
