“Almost one death or injury per day occurs on the rail system in the United States. Many of these tragic deaths are avoidable, the rail system is antiquated and needs a complete overhaul to ensure the safety of pedestrians, drivers, and train passengers. Sadly, there are no words that can comfort this Federico Duran’s family and friends as they cope with such an incredible loss,” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm. “The thoughts and prayers of our staff are with them, as well as the young people who were injured, as they try to piece together what happened.
