“Accident Reported”

FALLBROOK, CALIFORNIA (April 3, 2017) – Three cars were involved in a collision on Interstate 15 on Monday afternoon, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 8:25 am on the southbound side of Interstate 15 near Rainbow Valley Boulevard. A Nissan Altima, a Scion TC, and a black Chevrolet Avalanche were involved in a collision for an unknown reason. The Avalanche was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the accident, and swerved around one car before crashing into the Altima and the Scion. At least one of the involved vehicles ended up overturned.

At least one person was trapped inside their vehicle, but the fire department responded to extract the trapped party from the vehicle. The condition of those involved is unknown at this time, and the accident remains under investigation to determine cause and liability.

“Police will gather evidence and conduct interviews with the drivers and witnesses to determine liability” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm. “Any injured party involved in an accident will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident.”
