The accident happened around 7:45 am on Thursday on Marlton Parkway and Sagemore Drive, just outside of the Promenade Shopping Center. A blue semi-truck towing a white trailer crashed into a late model white Nissan Altima.

The two people inside the Altima were both injured in the accident. The male was airlifted from the scene and the female was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. The driver of the semi truck was uninjured in the accident. The accident remains under investigation at this time, but initial reports indicate that the impact was enough to force the sedan into the median.
